NOH Mi-Young

Born in 1976, Mi Young Noh, graduated from the Department of Manhwa artistry from Gong-ju College. In 1998 she entered an amateur comics competition with psycho. The resulting attention catapulted her into the limelight with her first series, Sal-Le-Top (the original title of Threads of Time in Korea), which began in December of 1999 as a feature in Junior Champ Magazine.
