Navathos Noviscus, or also known as the infamous hero Comet, is a hero trying to make the world a better place, but the problem is that he's not a registered hero at the SR (Superhero Registration). So the government is constantly on his tail trying to arrest him, but the SR may be hiding something from the public, something dark, and Comet aims to unravel the secrets of the SR.
