After Run Dong is attacked by a river monster, he finds himself becoming crazily handsome and bestowed with superpowers. This isn't the first time this has happened. The whole school is controlled by some kind of mysterious being. Many ugly faces have been "fixed." But the transformation comes with a cost: descending into a persistent vegetative state, or worse yet, becoming the mysterious being's dinner!
